Levy Sector is looking for a Concessions Manager to lead hourly teams at events, ensuring a welcoming guest experience and high-quality food service. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while driving operational performance and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in F&B ops, a hospitality degree is preferred, and strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver a warm guest experience.
• Recruit and train staff to Levy standards and procedures.
• Supervise event operations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain margin and quality.
• Manage loss prevention, cash handling, and POS updates as required.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service protocols and safety requirements.
