This part-time, non-exempt role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as a line cook/prep cook preferred but not required.
• Basic cooking techniques and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures for safety.
• Assist with prep work and other tasks as assigned by kitchen staff.
• Communicate effectively with management and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert when supplies are low.
