Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a grill cook for a fast-paced, high-volume concession environment at an events venue in Oklahoma. You will cook on grills and fryers, prepare items to standardized recipes, and maintain clean, safe work stations.

You will set up stations, manage ingredients, and coordinate with stand leads and cashiers to ensure smooth service while delivering excellent guest experiences. Must be 18+, with prior cooking experience and ServSafe or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience as a cook in a related field or environment.
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent; will be trained on hire.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lbs periodically.
• Exhibit high guest-satisfaction standards.
• Willingness to adapt to change and new procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment for productivity.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Cooks using methods like grilling, roasting, steaming and broiling as required.
• Arranges and portions food according to guidelines.
• Ensures proper food temps and documentation during events.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Communicates clearly with stand leads, workers and cashiers.
• Maintains friendly and efficient customer service and demeanor.
