Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Concessions Cook to support quick-service dining for guests across our resort properties. You will prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and standard recipe cards, while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll model our Promise to Lead with Love, guide and mentor culinary staff, ensure kitchen closing procedures are followed, and help

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant/concessions kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment.
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
• Uses Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products and does not rely on memory of self or others.
• Keeps equipment clean and in good working condition through personal inspection and maintenance programs.
• Ensures all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to recipes, portions, timing, and presentation standards.
