Job summary

Legends Global in Florida is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare and cook food items that deliver high quality taste and appealing presentation for guests. You will follow health and sanitation procedures and ensure all products are served at the correct temperatures.

Responsibilities include labeling and dating products, coordinating orders for timely cooking, and assisting other stations as needed. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare and cook food items to meet taste and appearance standards.
• Ensure products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Rotate, label and date all products.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking.
• Open and close procedures as outlined in training manuals.
• May work multiple stations during the shift.
• Sanitize and maintain kitchen areas and equipment.
