Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare and cook food items to satisfy guests and maximize revenues.
• Ensure products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Label and date all products properly and rotate stock.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Assist with restocking of paper supplies and food items as needed.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling and safety regulations.
