Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dedicated food preparation staff member to ensure the highest quality of taste and appearance for our guests. Responsibilities include observing health and sanitation procedures, coordinating cooking orders, and maintaining a clean work area.

The ideal candidate will have over six months of experience in food preparation within a fast-paced environment and must be able to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and accurately.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
