Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to interact verbally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare, hold and serve products at correct temperatures.
• Label and date products.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized work area.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking.
• Assist with restocking paper supplies and food items.
• May work multiple stations and assist others.
• Follow opening and closing procedures per training manual.
