Job summary

Aramark seeks a Concessions Cashier at Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. You will operate a fast-paced POS, greet guests, and handle vouchers and promotions with accuracy while maintaining stock and cleanliness of the concession stand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid alcohol certification required.
• Valid food safety certification required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

The tipped hourly rate of pay for this position is $12. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS)
• Greet and assist customers with friendly dialogue and helpful suggestions
• Maintain a count on employee meal vouchers and waste for stand paperwork
• Be knowledgeable on menu items and prices and specialty promotions
• Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing‑down a concession stand
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned by the Concessions Supervisor
• Ensure product in their area is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and food and safety guidelines
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Ensures security of company assets
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (required)
• Valid alcohol certification (required)
• Valid food safety certification (required)
• Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions
• Previous customer service experience preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math & counting skills required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location
