Aramark is hiring a Concession Stand Worker for Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. You will build and serve food items, greet guests, and maintain a clean, compliant stand during events.

This hourly/seasonal/part-time role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, safety, and excellent guest service in a lively venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Food Safety Certification required.
• Alcohol certification preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong guest service skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet production/service time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Stores food following safety policies.
• Greet and assist customers and anticipate their needs.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down concession stand.
• Open/close procedures for unit based on hours.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area during and after service.
• Ensure items are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Follow safety policies and alcohol service rules.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and positive demeanor.

A new 12,500-capacity multi-seasonal, multi-configuration omni-content entertainment destination bringing world-class live music, premium immersive experiences, and elevated hospitality.

Our Stand Workers are responsible for preparing and building food items while providing a memorable guest experience. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, being part of a team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $15.50. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by applying food safety policies and procedures
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hours
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift
• Ensure product at assigned location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as need
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and food safety policies and procedures
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Ensures security of company assets
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

This role reports directly to the Concessions Stand Lead and Concessions Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Valid Alcohol Certification (Preferred)
• Valid Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required)
• Basic math and counting skills (Required)
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs.
• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
• Willingness to accept change and new procedures
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
