Job Summary

Summary: Receive and replenish liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to bar.
• Set up bottles with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of bar/lounge areas.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and sweep/mop service areas.
• Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to support the bartender.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
