Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a concession stand team member to provide friendly customer service, take orders, stock supplies, and maintain a clean service area. You will operate the cash register, handle payments, and assist guests.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to safety and food handling is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multitasking and teamwork used on a daily basis.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Compliance with safety and health standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to comply with Michigan Liquor Laws outlined in TIPs training.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and take customer orders in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure regular stocking of all supplies and food materials.
• Ensure storage area and refrigerators are clean and sanitized.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Perform various opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized concession stand.
• Answer customer queries and assist guests.
