Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Familiarity with grills, deep fryers, and ovens is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in a professional, respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food products to order or kept warm until sold.
• Receive verbal orders from front counter staff for guest orders.
• Maintain quality and production standards; ensure freshness and high quality before serving.
• Monitor portion control and serving temperatures for concession items.
• Keep workstations and displays clean, stocked, and organized.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean and properly stored; floor swept/mopped at shift end.
• Check out with floor supervisor before ending shift to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance.
