Qualifications

• Experience as prep cook or line cook is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate with staff and guests in a professional, respectful manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid food handling certificate if required by state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and package food products, prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
• Receive verbal orders from the front counter staff for guest orders.
• Maintain quality and production standards; ensure freshness and high quality.
• Control portions and serving temperatures of all concessions items.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens in a large-volume kitchen.
• Keep areas clean, store food properly, and mop floors at shift end.
• Check out before ending shift with floor supervisor for cleanliness.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.
