Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Concession Lead for the Toledo Mud Hens game-day operation in Toledo, OH. This On-Call position focuses on leading concession stands, ensuring stock, and delivering friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating inventory, preparing and serving items to spec, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards during events.

• Previous food service supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service
• Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event
• Validate beginning and ending inventory counts
• Supervise nonprofit organization group members; train on proper service techniques
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes
• Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand
• Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
