Job summary

Belterra Park Gaming is seeking a Concession Worker to greet guests, handle orders, stock supplies, and assist with cashings in a fast-paced snack bar setting. The role emphasizes friendly, accurate service and strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2 months of on-the-job training in a food-service environment and be available to work weekends, with flexibility for evenings and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a snack bar or similar food service setting
• On-the-job training of at least 2 months

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and responsive manner and provide accurate service
• Assist guests with order requests and ensure correct orders are prepared
• Open and close outlet following procedures, maintain sanitation and protect assets
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all areas of responsibility
• Operate cash handling duties and ensure correct change is given
• Monitor supplies and keep the area stocked and clean
• Participate in serving and packaging food and refreshments and keep workstation clean
• Notify management of any suspicious activity and participate in group meetings
