Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking service-oriented team members to handle cash, operate coffee and food service equipment, and occasionally serve alcohol. The role requires extensive customer interaction, adherence to policies, and a 24-hour schedule with on-site duties in our casino environment.

Applicants should be 18+, have some cash handling and coffee shop experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Limited cash handling, limited coffee shop and some degree of food production experience.
• High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
• Able to interact diplomatically with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to guests in non-gaming floor areas.
• Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and safety guidelines per Seneca standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Attend required meetings and complete training programs within nine months.
