Job summary

Legends Global Stockton Complex is hiring a cashier to ensure accurate cash and inventory accounting during events. You will handle cash, operate the concession stand, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and compliance with food safety rules are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age (21) to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire.
• Must attend Legends Global Alcohol and Policy Training classes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting of cash and inventory on the assigned concession stand.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area for employees.
• Plan daily sales flow based on projections.
• Prepare for peak hours; communicate change requirements to the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Organize paperwork for cashier duties: stand sheet, meal/spoilage reports, cash slips, price verifications.
• Keep accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Perform location duties as assigned.
• Follow all Food & Beverage rules and regulations.
• Perform other related duties and maintain a clean, safe environment.
