Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations at events. You will train staff, lead event-day teams, and ensure high standards of service and sanitation across high-volume venues.

Responsibilities include inventory control, alcohol service compliance, and coordination with teams to meet quality standards. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays; salary is $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management and prioritization skills.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment in all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items up stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event-day staff with direct customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and product and perform reconciliations.
