Job summary

ASM Global LLC. is seeking staff to manage concession stand operations at our event venues. The role focuses on accurate cash and inventory accounting, coordinating assignments, and maintaining a clean, safe work area for employees and guests.

The position requires basic math, cash handling knowledge, and the ability to follow directions to support peak-hour sales while adhering to Food and Beverage regulations. All duties support a high-standard guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
• Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
• Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
• Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand.
• Performs location worker assignments.
• Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.
• Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Manager.
• Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Performs location worked duties as assigned.
• Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
