Morrissey Hospitality at RiverCentre in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a concessions attendant to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness while complying with safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and certifications for alcohol and food handling are preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Regularly stand for long periods and lift up to 42 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required (close, color, peripheral).
• Alcohol and food handling certifications obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, totals receipts; collects payments.
• Requests proper identification for alcoholic beverages when needed.
• Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers; transports soiled dishes; cleans floors.
• May assist with FOH food prep (pretzels, salads, sandwiches).
• Sets up and breaks down concession stands and equipment; completes cleaning tasks.
• Complies with food quality, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
