The RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant to support high-profile events at Morrissey Hospitality's premier venue.

You will ensure food and beverage safety, quality and consistent guest service throughout events. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event equipment, transporting food from the kitchen to serving stations, basic prep like brewing coffee, tossing salads, popping popcorn, and bussing tables while assisting with offsite

Qualifications

• Some related experience or training in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift, and lift and carry 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper set up and break down of all necessary equipment for an event.
• Collects and transports food from the kitchen to serving stations and event rooms.
• Performs basic food and beverage preparation such as brewing coffee, tossing salads, and popping popcorn.
• Busses tables and completes event clean up.
• Loads and unloads trucks for offsite catering events.
