Job summary

The RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant. The Catering Attendant ensures food and beverage safety, quality and consistency while providing excellent guest service during events.

As part of Morrissey Hospitality, you will assist with setup and breakdown, transport to stations, light food prep, bussing, and event cleanup for onsite and offsite catering.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper set up and break down of equipment for an event.
• Collects and transports food from kitchen to serving stations and event rooms.
• Performs basic food and beverage preparation such as brewing coffee, tossing salads, and popping popcorn.
• Busses tables and completes event clean up.
• Loads and unloads trucks for offsite catering events.
