Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and pre-employment drug test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collect and/or scan tickets and verify entry.
• Welcome and usher guests and direct foot traffic.
• Provide superior customer service and information to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in designated areas.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
