Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a COMSEC Tier 2 Technical Support Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The role provides frontline support for Army COMSEC users, troubleshooting cryptographic equipment and related software, with a focus on secure, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and 2+ years in telecom/IT roles, ready to operate in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification or higher required per DoD 8570/8140.
• Minimum two years of telecom, electronics, IT, or related technical experience.
• Experience supporting COMSEC equipment and key management systems (ACES, SKL).
• Knowledge of tactical communications and secure networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for COMSEC systems and devices.
• Troubleshoot and document COMSEC hardware, software, and encryption issues.
• Analyze incident tickets and coordinate resolutions with SMEs and vendors.
• Assist Army COMSEC accounts during technology refreshes and fielding.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
