Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with enterprise PKI environments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for PKI incidents.
• Monitor PKI infrastructure for performance and compliance.
• Assist users with certificate enrollment and installation.
