Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Desk Technician (COMSEC Tier 2) in Sierra Vista, AZ to provide frontline support for COMSEC systems, troubleshooting hardware and software and assisting with key management.

You will coordinate with the Army CSOC, analyze incidents, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate complex issues to SMEs while maintaining secure, compliant operations and accurate records for users.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance.
• 2 years of technical IT/telecom experience; training or certification preferred.
• Experience with COMSEC equipment (ACES, SKL) and PKI environments.
• Knowledge of secure voice/data/network operations and DoD networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for COMSEC systems and devices (MGC/CHO, ACES, SKL, TKL, iApp).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, and document COMSEC hardware/software issues.
• Analyze incidents, perform investigations, and drive timely resolutions.
