Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a COMSEC Systems Engineer to support the security and integrity of communications systems across programs. You will work with cybersecurity, software, and hardware teams to implement secure COMSEC solutions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include developing V&V plans, risk assessments, and lifecycle management of COMSEC equipment while maintaining documentation and system specifications for mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with emphasis on systems engineering or security is required.
• 3+ years of COMSEC or communications security engineering experience is required.
• Familiarity with satellite avionics and secure communications concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and integration of COMSEC systems across national security programs.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Software, and Hardware engineers to ensure secure architectures meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain COMSEC documentation, including policies, procedures, and system specs.
