Raytheon seeks a seasoned COMSEC professional to provide on-site management for a high-visibility COMSEC team supporting multiple classified mission areas. This role demands oversight across collateral, SCI, and SAP COMSEC environments and close collaboration with program offices, government customers, and RTX teams.

You will manage daily COMSEC accounts, load and safeguard INEs, track supersession dates, and ensure regulatory reporting. A TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

• Conduct regular inventories, compliance validations, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Raytheon/RTX teams and support local travel requirements.
• Train COMSEC users, accountants, and program personnel on proper COMSEC procedures and best practices.
• Pay high attention to detail, and use strong time management, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
• Perform regular moderate lifting (25-40 lbs)

This role is critical in maintaining continuity, oversight, and compliance across collateral, SCI, and SAP COMSEC environments. The successful candidate will work closely with program offices, government customers, and RTX cross‑functional partners to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant operations.

What You Will Do

• Advanced INE management, secure voice product workflows, and evolving encryption technologies.
• Enterprise‑level COMSEC processes including record accuracy, incident handling, and regulatory reporting.
• Cross‑functional coordination within RTX and execution of secure communication operations at scale.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Experience managing Windows-based information systems.
• Knowledge of legacy COMSEC equipment.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
