Job summary

RTX seeks a seasoned COMSEC professional for on‑site management of a high‑visibility COMSEC team supporting multiple classified mission areas in El Segundo. You will ensure secure, compliant operations across collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.

Responsibilities include daily account management, INE/load handling, and coordination with government customers and RTX teams. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience managing COMSEC material including receipt, custody, safeguarding, and destruction.
• Experience training COMSEC users and accountants.
• Experience with End Cryptographic Unit (ECU) management and load/fill procedures.
• Experience working with NSA CSSM 3‑16 or related COMSEC doctrine.

• Train COMSEC users, accountants, and program personnel on proper COMSEC procedures and best practices.
• Pay high attention to detail, and use strong time management, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
• Perform regular moderate lifting (25-40 lbs)

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
