Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian/Officer to manage COMSEC accounts regionally and support partners across the United States. The role requires travel within a 60-mile radius of Northern Virginia and up to 15% domestic travel.

The candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and be a US citizen. Responsibilities include policy updates, training, and ensuring accountability of COMSEC items while coordinating with government customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of COMSEC, networking, or IT support experience with the Federal Government.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders and partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain COMSEC accounts regionally across multiple sites.
• Appoint and train partner teams to support ad-hoc requirements.
• Audit COMSEC accounts and advise on current and planned postures for AWS locations.
• Maintain liaison with Government customers and COMSEC vendors.
