  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Perform software updates and routine system maintenance.
  • Support cybersecurity and data protection practices.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of devices and equipment.
  • Coordinate technology purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Work with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and workstations.
  • Provide basic technology training and guidance to staff.
  • Document systems and recurring issues.
  • Respond to urgent technology problems impacting operations.
  • Assist with other technology-related projects as needed.
