Computer Technology Program (CTP) InstructorHerndon VA Reports to Job Role: Strategy Director, Urgent Needs and Safety Net PartnershipsReston, VA Reports to Job Role: Director, Community Connected SitesFLSA: Non-ExemptRole: Team MemberDescriptive SummaryThe Computer Technology Program Instructor (CTPI) plays a critical role in advancing digital equity and community engagement for low- to moderate-income families, immigrants, and individuals facing barriers to technology access. Based at a community-based center in Herndon or Reston (VA), this position provides youth and adult participants with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in an increasingly digital world.Under the direction of the on-site manager, the Instructor will lead developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive digital literacy instruction, individual coaching, and workforce training.
