The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience (3+ years preferred), and comfort with cleanroom gowning; knowledge of Kaizen/Lean is a plus, plus strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plus
• Knowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal/written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning, such as frocks and hairnets
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed

• Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities
• Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6AM - 2:30 PM | $20 per hour
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2PM - 10:30 PM | $22 per hour
• 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10PM - 6:30 AM | $23 per hour
