About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket ownership for network service requests and escalated incidents/issues, track tickets to completion, report outcomes, and communicate status and resolution to stakeholders.
• Serve as the first point of contact for network service requests, categorizing and assigning tickets within ServiceNow.
• Ensure accurate documentation of user issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolution.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 0-1 Years of experience

Skills and Certifications:

• Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments under supervision.
• Analyze data processing problems in science, engineering, business, and other fields to improve computer systems.
• Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate or enhance systems, reviewing system capabilities, workflow, and limitations.
• May analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a Public Trust Clearance.
