$31 per hour

The Remote Administrative Data Assistant will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the company by managing and organizing the company’s data and documents. This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Manage and organize company's data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

\- Input data into the company's systems accurately and efficiently.

\- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic files.

\- Review and validate data for errors and inconsistencies, and work with the team to resolve any issues.

\- Create reports and summaries from company data as needed.

\- Document processes and procedures related to data management.

\- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing emails.

\- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

\- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

\- 2 years of experience in a data management or administrative role.

\- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

\- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

\- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software/tools.

\- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

\- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

\- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
