Shift Details

This is a 3rd shift position. The hours are 11:30 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends.

Role Responsibilities

The Computer Operator, Lead will be responsible for directing and monitoring activities during the required shift(s). This position provides first‑level support for the Computer Operations staff, trains operators on department‑specific functions, and contributes to performance evaluations of employees on assigned shifts.

Essential Functions

• Direct and monitor activities of shifts.
• Provide first‑level support for the Operations staff.
• Monitor problems and work with users to achieve successful resolution.
• Responsible for training operators.
• Assist supervisor with performance evaluations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Availability for additional hours and after‑hours calls is required.

Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Education Requirements

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
