Job summary

A recruiting firm is seeking a Computer Operator in Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience and will manage batch processing schedules. This is a contract position with a pay range of $22 - $30 per hour, on site work required from Sunday to Wednesday, 11 PM to 9 AM. Benefits include medical and vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• An employer is looking for a Computer Operator for a large retail client in the Rock Hill, SC area.
• The ideal resource will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator.
• This resource will be responsible for the administration and oversight of the 24/7 batch processing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production job schedules in the BMC Control‑M job scheduling system.
• Identify failures using documented processes and troubleshoot or elevate accordingly.

Skills

Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship

Minimum of 3 years as a Computer Operator

Minimum 3 years of experience with Job / Batch scheduling applications, preferably BMC Control‑M

Minimum of 1-3 years in a data center operations center and NOC environment
