Job description

Auria is seeking a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The primary work location is in Colorado Springs, CO at Schriever Space Force Base.

The C2BMC program integrates the Missile Defense System, enabling strategic, regional, and operational planning and management of missile defense operations. It provides a vital operational system for the U.S. government and military, facilitating the coordination of sensors and weapons systems to achieve mission objectives. C2BMC is essential for all missile defense system testing and operations.

The successful candidate will join a team reporting to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO), responsible for daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance within a 24x7 environment.

Essential Functions:

  1. Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting for C2BMC hardware, software, and networks.
  2. Document and report events/issues; receive tasks and directions from the CWO and CCC for operations, testing, and real-world events.
  3. Assist with hardware/software installations and maintain user accounts as directed by SMEs and ISSO.
  4. Focus on lab and test activities.
  5. Perform additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET clearance required to start.
  • 2 years' experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or a Master’s degree with no experience, or 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
  • DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, etc.).
  • Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communication systems/networks.
  • System and/or network administration experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper.
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current in-scope DoD TS/SCI clearance is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,000, based on qualifications, skills, education, and experience.
