Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Job Title:

CNC Programmer/Operator (1st Shift)

Hourly Pay

$30/hr - $35/hr

Job Duties:

• Program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software for Mills and Lathes
• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and machining instructions to ensure precision production
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with Engineers to develop custom solutions and optimize part designs
• Partner with Quality Inspectors to resolve quality concerns and maintain part accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure top performance
• Select and install proper tooling based on job requirements
• Train and mentor new CNC Programmers and Setup Technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CNC programming and setup (Haas preferred)
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and metric specifications
