The purpose of this position is to support the continuing operations of all Wicomico County Health Department (WICHD) information systems. This position will support other government agencies and the public in addition to the local Agency. This position is responsible for maintaining, updating, and securing assigned and shared systems.
These responsibilities also include providing technical support and customer service to WICHD staff through documentation, technical support, and resolution of technical issues to ensure all systems are operational and available at all times. This position is designated emergency essential.
