Job Title:

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Operator

Job Purpose:

Collaborate with planners and schedulers to ensure resource availability and schedule adherence to CMMS maintenance plans. Coordinate and expedite workflow and materials within departments according to production schedules, including reviewing and distributing work and shipment schedules, and consulting with supervisors on progress and completion dates.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, record, prepare, and distribute work orders.
• Log customer and service information in applicable systems.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch crews.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
• Maintain records of service calls and work orders.
• Dispatch orders and relay messages using radio, telephone, or similar equipment.
• Analyze and report data generated by the CMMS program.
• Perform additional CMMS-related tasks as assigned.
• Work with planners and schedulers to meet maintenance plans, including printing, closing, and updating work orders and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification in Maintenance Management, Work Management, or equivalent.
• Excellent MEP and CAFM reading skills.
• Strong knowledge of basic facility equipment.
• Experience in facilities or maintenance management.

Education:

• Industry standard qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a commercial CMMS.
