Processing Systems Analyst

Who We Are

Anchor, a well-respected name in the marketing industry for over 50 years,

provides marketing CRM Database Services and additional Data information services.

Overview

Anchor is seeking an initiative-taking individual to join our data processing team. In this

role, you will work closely with Anchors staff who will assist in your training on our

products and services. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of data, excellent

communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor all web submitted jobs for potential problems, correct where possible or

communicate issues to clients for resubmission.

Work with internal production staff to handle alterations to submitted jobs.

Monitor web-submitted alert email for system issues and remediate where possible or

escalate when required.

Hand-off to overnight shift to communicate system issues.

Download, process, and update databases used in our services.

Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

AS/BS degree or equivalent required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease.

Ability to think on your feet and outside the box to troubleshoot and/or improve process

efficiencies.
