Job summary

CCBC is seeking an Adjunct Level 1 instructor to teach CAD courses on a part-time basis. Hours vary and may include evenings and weekends. Courses cover AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO/PROE and related drawing theory to adult learners.

You will develop lesson plans, assessments and grades, manage the classroom, and deliver instruction across CAD disciplines in a lab-equipped setting.

Qualifications

• Three years documented work experience in CAD.
• Professional Licenses or Certifications.
• Prior teaching experience in CAD.
• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Instruct college credit and non-credit courses on a part time basis; hours vary and may include evenings and weekends.
• Develop lesson plans to support Common Course Outline and administer evaluation methods; grade assignments and final course performance.
• Classroom management and delivery of instruction in CAD-related subjects to adult learners.

Instruct college credit and non-credit courses on a part timebasis. Hours vary and may include evenings and weekendresponsibilities. Courses are taught in a classroom setting and mayinclude a lab component. Instruction in one of several offered CADapplications (primarily AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO/PROE) and/orTechnical Drawing Theory to adult learners majoring in CADEngineering, Manufacturing and related disciplines. Develop lessonplans to support Common Course Outline, develop and administerevaluation methods (tests, quizzes, projects, reports), gradeevaluation methods and final course performance, classroommanagement, and delivery of instruction.

Adjunct Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.

Minimum Requirements

Three years documented work experience in the field of ComputerAided Design. Professional Licenses or Certifications. Priorteaching experience in the field of Computer Aided Design. AnAssociate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related subject.
