Job summary

San Francisco Compute is hiring a Compute Partnerships Manager to own high-ownership, client-facing deals from intake to delivery. You will source GPU providers, triage contracts, and coordinate with legal, engineering, and operations to scale compute capacity.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, detailed contract work, and strong communication. You will work on strategic partnerships and enablement initiatives with a focus on reducing risk and accelerating deals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in partnerships, deal desk, BD, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
• Pre-existing network across datacenter operators, neoclouds, or hyperscalers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high volume contracts, follow-ups, and trackers.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• High ownership and bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new GPU providers, securing capacity and diversifying our supply base.
• Run first-touch intake calls with prospective GPU providers, gathering hardware specs, pricing, and availability.
• Vet incoming BOMs against cluster requirements, flagging gaps or non-standard components.
• Keep provider profiles and capacity trackers current as new information comes in.
• Track contracts through redline, review, and signature stages; log open items and deadlines.
• Coordinate across supply, go-to-market, engineering, legal, and operations to move opportunities to signed agreements.
• Own the details needed to bring capacity online: timelines, dependencies, escalation paths, and partner communication.
• Own deal tracking, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene.
• Run weekly pipeline reporting on stages and blockers.
• Draft and maintain marketing collateral for providers: one-pagers, proposals, flyers, and decks.
• Map accounts and identify new prospective partners across datacenters, GPU operators, and financing groups.
