Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in product engineering, strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban expertise, and hands-on virtualization, cloud, and container experience.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts with 7+ years applied experience.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Proven ability to lead product delivery activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management for infrastructure products and services.
Demonstrated experience with compute infrastructure concepts such as virtualization, cloud platforms, and containerization.
Demonstrated success managing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives within large-scale infrastructure environments.
Strong ability to build and communicate delivery roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a product delivery strategy leveraging virtualization, cloud, containers, and bare metal to maximize value.
Collaborate across infrastructure and application teams to align priorities with business goals and technology advancements.
Manage requests, inform priorities, make decisions, communicate updates, and escalate issues for seamless delivery outcomes.
Build awareness of cross-functional dependencies and portfolio impacts for informed decision-making.
Lead discovery efforts to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities into the roadmap.
Own and evolve a delivery backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and infrastructure features.
Build and track delivery metrics including cost, capacity, utilization, risk, reliability, and performance.
Guide successful product launches, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional client experiences for mission-critical services.
Coordinate quarterly planning with stakeholders across product and technology ecosystem.
