Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Product Delivery Manager in Cloud Foundational Services to optimize and lead end-to-end delivery of cloud platform products.

You will drive intake, planning, execution, and reporting while partnering with engineers, stakeholders, and leaders to improve adoption, velocity, and customer experience. Responsibilities include backlog planning, risk mitigation, go/no-go decisions, and delivering transparent metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery or program delivery or equivalent.
• Proven track record in end-to-end delivery lifecycle and KPI improvement.
• Experience with release management and deployment strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery across intake through delivery closure with measurable outcomes.
• Executes backlog planning and translates demand into actionable plans.
• Mitigates delivery risks with risk intake, triage and escalation.
• Drives delivery feasibility decisions balancing resources and constraints.
• Reports product performance using dashboards and metrics.
• Partners with leaders to refine quarterly planning and visualization.
• Automates process optimization through scripting and Copilot in VS Code.
• Manages CFS resource allocation data in shared systems.
• Coordinates deadlines for customer requests, cyber items, and owner changes.
• Coaches teams on formation and execution rituals; improves maturity.
• Maintains backlog hygiene in Jira with clear statuses and criteria.
