Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of compute platforms powering enterprise-scale infrastructure. You will align engineering, architecture, and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement.

As a senior delivery leader, you will own the delivery backlog, guide strategic roadmaps, and collaborate across virtualization, cloud, and container technologies to maximize value for internal clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management for infrastructure products and services.
• Demonstrated experience with compute infrastructure concepts such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Demonstrated success managing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives within large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong ability to build and communicate delivery roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product delivery strategy leveraging virtualization, cloud, containers, and bare metal.
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application teams to set priorities and execute initiatives.
• Manage requests, inform priorities, make decisions, and communicate updates for seamless delivery.
• Highlight cross-functional dependencies and portfolio impacts for informed decisions.
• Lead discovery to identify customer needs and integrate compute capabilities like hybrid cloud and edge computing.
• Own and evolve a delivery backlog aligned with the roadmap for infrastructure features.
• Build frameworks and track delivery metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk, reliability, and performance.
• Guide successful product launches, gather feedback, and ensure excellent client experiences for mission-critical infra services.
• Coordinate quarterly planning with stakeholders across product and technology ecosystems.
• Monitor progress and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and business impact.
