Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery, program delivery, or related domain.
• Strong delivery practice understanding with KPI-driven improvements.
• Experience in platform-wide release management and delivery strategies.
• Excellent communication and team-building to align stakeholders on priorities.
• Lead end-to-end intake and planning workflows with demand shaping and dependencies.
• Proven capability to manage delivery risk, security/risk tracking, escalation.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes across CFS with measurable outcomes.
• Executes backlog planning and prioritization translating demand and capacity into an actionable plan.
• Mitigates delivery risks by coordinating security and risk issue intake, triage, and resolution.
• Drives delivery feasibility decisions by synthesizing resources, constraints, and requirements.
• Reports product performance using dashboards and metrics (delivery predictability, aging work, SLA).
• Partners with CFS leaders to refine quarterly planning and visualize results.
• Automates process optimization through scripting workflows for faster reporting and data quality.
• Manages CFS-wide resource allocation data with accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinates adherence to deadlines across customer feature requests and security items.
• Coaches teams on effective formation and execution rituals to improve planning maturity.
• Administers backlog management practices in Jira to improve hygiene and traceability.
