Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain rotary air systems across multiple sites. You will work hands-on with compressors and related equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime while following safety protocols.

The role offers a 4x10 schedule, a company vehicle, and ongoing training through Air Academy and supplier programs to advance your technical career within OTC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free or oil-flooded air compressors is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow on the job.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
